This is the road trip. I am planning in Oman.
Looking for guidance to avoid the long drive from Salalah to Muscat.
Also, it mentions that there are very risky terrace and steep hill slopes, desert drive. Should I avoid some routes because of safe drive?
Should I add any other stop or place of interest?
(As someone who has never driven in desert)

Since arriving in Oman 10 days ago, I have been afflicted with an addiction to Omani cuisine.
