Looks like this new printing of The Goon will be a bit smaller than Dark Horse’s normal Library Editions coming in at 7” by 10” according to the press release.

Hi everyone, I've got a few questions regarding X-Men Omnis and would really appreciate it if someone could give me some thorough and comprehensive tips on them.

First of all it's important to say I am first and foremost a Colossus fan, I read/collect X-Men Comics mostly to read/collect Colossus. I've basically read all his appearances, and as a collector, I have the goal to own at least one copy of every single one of his 616 appearances (Obviously, probably not anytime soon). That's not to say I'm not an X-Men fan/enjoyer, but that's definitely secondary, and of course if Colossus is featured in most of a saga, there's no reason to not collect the whole saga, or at least have a comprehensive collection of it, just because he is not in a specific issue.

I have collected comics since I was 8~9 and already own a good chunk of it, but to actually try and have it all I realized the easiest, cheapest and most satisfying way to achieve my goal is through collecting Omnis, and been waiting for an opportunity to start my collection since then.

Well, it's time, I've just bought both Uncanny X-Men Vol 1 and 2 I. and started the collection. Now after reading a lot about how the Omnis are organized, I have a few questions:

1- Is X-Men Classic canon? (I'm pretty sure the answer to this one is yes, just checking)

2- The Uncanny X-Men Vol. 1 I bought has the old spine, while the Vol. 2 has the newest. This is making me consider returning one of those and plan it better for the future. The question is: Will every Uncanny X-Men reprint, from any Vol., have the new smaller lettering spine from now on, or do they print both options?

3- I am pondering which direction to follow after Uncanny X-Men 4:

Uncanny X-Men Vol. 5 & 6 + X-Factor the Original X-Men or

Mutant Massacre Prelude + Mutant Massacre + Fall of the Mutants + Inferno Prelude + Inferno

Now, given I'm a Colossus fan and all, I'm leaning towards the Event Route, considering that if Colossus is a major player in those events, I'd collect to collect the more complete versions of the events.

If you were in my shoes, would you rather go in which route? This is probably the question I would really ask for a very thorough response, if possible

4- It's a very extensive research, so if anyone happens to know I would really appreciate it, but is there any Colossus appearances in the "X-Factor The Original X-Men" Omni? Cause as far as I saw it, there is none, which would make my choice even easier in the last question.

5- I have the option to buy X-Men Classic for a little under $50. And a combo of Mutant Massacre + Fall of the Mutants for $180. The combo is not sealed, but near mint.

Are those prices worth or should I wait reprint?

After a request pushing me to finish these, here is my take on a set of 6160 Ultimate Universe Deluxe Hardcovers. I'm sure most people would prefer Omnibuses, but I have been doing a bunch of these custom deluxe sets, and I personally would prefer these. Hope you enjoy!

What do you guys think? I know I’m not the only one who wants punisher max vol 2 (even tho i have a copy but the binding is garbage) but what about the rest?

Also,how many (if any at all) of these do you guys think will get a reprint next year?

I despise Ultimate X-Men Vol 4 DM. Idk what it is, never read the contents, but I instantly think "absolute trash design" when I think of it.
