Need some advice.

Has anyone been in a situation where they studied an MSc but, because they didn’t pass one module, were given an exit award instead of the Master’s degree?

If so, how did you handle it, and what did you do afterwards? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through something similar.

This probably won’t be helpful but for my masters, I had to pass the first year to get into second year. I don’t get my result until December and ir I dint pass that (which I hope is bloody unlikely) I assume I just get the credit for the first year. Is that what you mean?
