Login issues "general server error"

Anyone else having weird login trouble? I just get general server error message. Someone said it could be some issues with the new MFA stuff being rolled out combined with me using my personal email to login.

I've emailed IT helpdesk. Hopefully be able to get it sorted soon.

I always log in with my OUCU and I’m getting the same error message as you. I’ve never seen that error message in 8 years with the OU so I suspect it’s not you, something’s buggered, and their IT team is about to have their evening ruined.

But this has inspired me to finally add the Student Support and the IT Helpdesk phone numbers to my phone, as I can only find the numbers once I’m logged in, so if login is an issue would struggle to contact anyone!

Yeah was just about to upload my EMA, luckily deadline isn't until next week. I assumed it was bank holiday maintenance that perhaps wasn't announced, or was announced but didn't clock.
