Roleplay [Multi lines] Adopt a hellhound

=== Plot ===

It's late in the evening. Raining. Your OC was going home, passing by an alleyway. They hear a sound coming from the alleway, sounding like whimpering, and decide to check it out. The source of the whimpering is a small hellhound with white hair and fur, lying in a cardboard box between two dumpsters, covering himself in a dirty and torn blanket and with a half-eaten rat next to him. His eyes are closed, so he hasn't noticed your OC yet.

Poor guy. If only someone were to give him some food and a home...

=== Rules ===

It doesn't matter if your OC takes Riley in as a kid or a pet, as long as they're nice and don't abuse/neglect/hurt him. So no combat. I'd like to avoid romance, but it is possible if your OC is female, took Riley in as a pet and is a young adult (Riley is 19). No minors, at least try to follow the literacy requirement, and don't be mean.

The RP is open until October 1st. If you've read all of this, write "Poor pup" in your comment or as a reply to it.

An umbrella covers up Riley, stopping the rain from pouring on him.

“If you ask me, and you didn’t. A poor pup like yourself shouldn’t be out here all by yourself. Wanna come hang with me. I make a MEAN lasagna.”

[ Riley's ears twitch, and he opens his eyes and looks up ]

"I would, but... Are you sure? I'm just a mutt..."

Evelyn slaps her hand over Riley’s mouth.

“Lowkey. Gonna be honest, don’t care what you’re going to say, I may look skinny but I carry you like a sack of potatoes.”

[ He flinches as she put her hand over his mouth, looking a little frightened. Then, he quickly nodded to what she said ]

"F-fine, I'll come with you. Just don't hurt me."

Evelyn boops him on the nose before picking up, like a sack of potatoes as she said she would.

With her other hand, she grabbed the umbrella to cover the both of them

“Off we go.”

[ Riley whines as she picks him up, but doesn't try to resist. ]

"You're taking me to your home, r-right? Would it be a problem if I stayed with you for some time?"

“Hmmm…I’ll have to think about it. We’ll run a trial day and see how it goes.”

The walk from the house was a while, until 10 minutes down, she and Riley reached her Evelyn’s home. A mansion.”

[ He sounds desperate. Once they're there, he looks amazed and his tail wags slightly ]

"It looks... Nice..."

Well, do you need a place to live? My settlement doesn’t just have extra space for no reason. It is dangerous out here, especially with all of the monsters going around.

Agatha doesn't usually care for hellhounds. Or anything in general. She would normally either avoid the mutt or attack as her first instinct. But something in her doesnt immediately bristle when she sees the hound. Which is rare. And rather intriguing. Agatha doesn't particularly care, no, her mind won't let her care about anything, at least not deeply. But she does feel a small sense of pity for the creature.

She steps into the alleyway and kneels down, trying to make herself less imposing for when the hound notices her.

"Hello, little pup..."
