Waiting process

Recently applied for an infection preventionist job at Orlando Health in Ocoee, FL. Does anyone know how long it would take to hear back? It says under review lol, but still, someone else I heard applied for the same position and never heard back, and it was left under review.

That’s not uncommon. If you don’t hear back it’s basically a no

ah gotcha. That sucks. I'll wait to see what happens. Applied 8/20 and it changed to under review 8/24, so will continue to apply elsewhere. Thank You!

It might be easier to get an entry level role (even if it’s not clinical) to get your foot in the door, then apply for the role(s) you want. OH is pretty good about hiring internally so it might increase your chances if you’re already an employee.
