Meds/Supplements Dr. recommending Zepbound

So my doctor is recommending Zepbound in combination with Metformin because she believes we can reverse my insulin resistance. Can I hear the pro's and cons? Please tell me about your experience. I'm scared and feeling like a failure.

i've been on zepbound for three months! it has changed my life, reduced inflammation in my body, brought down my glucose levels (i was almost pre-diabetic), and helped me lose 25 pounds.

i take metformin along with it and have had little to no side effects. i'm still on 2.5 mg of zepbound and will stay on it as long as i can. i highly recommend it!

i have hair loss BUT i had hair loss before zepbound and i don't think it's gotten any worse since starting. i have a lot of low vitamin levels and thyroid issues, so i don't attribute it to the zepbound.

other than that, the only side effect i had was being tired the day after my shot. that subsided fully after two months!

My Dr also recommended zepbound and metformin. I’ve been on zepbound for two months now and it’s been fine. I haven’t been the best at taking metformin though because I’ve been having gastrointestinal issues since I’ve been eating less. I do try to take it when I can though
