Workout app recommendations

Does anyone know of a workout app that checks all of these boxes or at least most of them? lol I know I’m very particular

  1. Preferably follow along videos or voice over that provides instructions (not just written text like on the Moves App)

  2. Strength training that is focused on progressive overload (this means exercises shouldn’t change so drastically every week like on the Form App). Also rest times shouldn’t be so short (on the Form App they’re usually 15 seconds which is very little rest time).

  3. Has pilates. Ideally I would like 3-4 days of strength and 2 pilates.

  4. Not the Ladder App

  5. A bit of cardio without machines (I workout at home)

Thank you!

I'm not sure about #2, but one thats hits all the others that I've really like is FitOn.

BODi (has some of the best progressive overload programs ever made). When I’m trying to truly transform or recomp, this is what I use. Also has Pilates

Obé. Has progressive overload programs. Not as amazing as BODi, but solid. New Pilates workouts added weekly

Both also have different types of cardio.

Peloton has a few progress programs. Weekly Pilates. Most fun cardio!

My favorite apps, however, that still get the job done are: AppleFitness+ (this is what I use for strength), and LesMills+ (this is what I use for weighted HIIT, intense CORE, and cycle HIIT)

Not an app but I got this console called Nex Playground for my kid and I love some of the fitness games on there. Specifically Starri and the boxing one. There are a bunch of others that I haven’t tried yet but I’m obsessed with Starri for cardio and have never had as much fun moving my body. Only issue is not only are you paying for the console, you need a subscription to access all the games. :(
