Hi! I have been wanting to do this for a while now, so basically, I wanted to put on recommendations for keyboard in price brackets, the criteria is, quality, software, and price, so you will notice that certain brands aren't part of my recommendation because for the most part they fail in the quality part

1k - 2.5k: really budget boards, there are some really good boards but for the most part this is for those who are hesitant or cannot drop money on higher priced boards.

Ajazz AK820 - its a decent board especially if you aren't going to fiddle with software, definitely has a bit higher quality than other cheapish MK (usual price goes around 1.5k)

Monsgeek Fun60 - very good board for its price, monsgeek being a branch of akko, they have good quality across the boards (goes around 1.5k - 1.8k depending on variant)

Akko 3108 - a staple from akko, one of their budget boards but still a good one (usual price is around 2.5k)

Redragon aria pro - modern redragon keyboards have been a major step up from their older one, and man what a step up it is (Usual price is around 1.2k)

Redragon Ucal pro - another redragon, but like I said their modern boards have been very good (usual price is around 1.5k)

Akko tac75 HE - This one will be an outlier, its a great board, probably one of the best for its price, with the akko quality its very much something I would recommend generally (being an outlier its usual price is around 2.6k)

Elecfox Gen75, Linky 85 and Lumi 108 - very good brand for giving very good quality boards without breaking the wallet (price range is 2k-2.6k)

I think there are more I would like to recommend but generally this are boards I either have good experience with or have heard from friends and co-workers that have served them good for several months with no issues

3k - 4.5k:

Weikav Nut65 - Starting off strong weikav has basically been trying to match all the "higher" end boards with same quality but offering lower prices, and the nut variants basically have some of the best features you can find in this price point which are rapid disassembly and pogo pins on PCB, they also offer QMK/VIA compatibility which is very nice if you want to tinker with the software a little (usual price is 3k-4k)

Yunzii B75 pro - Something a little bit more traditional, while yes compared to the nut65, its plastic board however the upside is its very light, metal MKs have a tendency to be heavy, this one doesnt have rapid disassembly but it does still have QMK/VIA support(usual price is around 4k)

Weikav Lucky65 v3 - One of their older lineups but still a very good keyboard having the same specs as their nut lineup just with different design (usual price is around 4.5k)

Monsgeek verve68 - HE keyboard from monsgeek, similar to the fun60 but this one seems to be more minimalist in design but offers the roughly the same performance (usual price is around 3.5k)

Monsgeek M1v5 - One of the most suggested boards honestly, due to its features, rapid disassembly except for the pogo pins i believe, is tri mode, compatible with both windows and mac OS, and plate mounted stabilizers, something rarely found unless you are building a custom kit (usual price is around 4.5k)

YUNZI AL68 - very good suggestion from u/skipperkid, one of yunzii's more flagship keyboards but this time in 60%, aluminum keyboard QMK/VIA, trimode, knob ^{New25/08/2026}

YUNZI IF68 - AL68's cheaper sister, due to being plastic, still has QMK/VIA and trimode but with knob and screen^{New25/08/2026}

5k and above: this is where we step more into enthusiast territory the massive price bracket increase is due to boards in bracket are more in line with if you really want something that resonates with you.

Nut75 - Same thing as the nut65 variant, (usual price 6k)

Rainy75 - I think this is something that took the mech keyboard world by storm, with its specs, materials and price being this low and for a board that feels like you got a fully custom board i do think it deserves the price (usual price 7k)

Wave75 - I feel like this is what rainy75 would be if it got a new version, rapid disassembly, QMK/VIA, very good quality, (usual price 6.6k)

EVO80/75 - this is my personal board, i've had it for a year now and its been a very very beautiful time typing, playing games, and overall just using it, EVO is a sub-branch of the neo boards YES those neo boards the very high quality custom keyboards, rapid disassembly, QMK/VIA, very nice colors, customizability when buying, you can choose creamy thock or marbly clack (usual price is 8k-10k)

I think these are the only boards I would personally recommend for these price brackets, some people have different opinions of course, and a lot would ask for sure what about aula, or leobog, or attack shark, and furycube, my answer to those questions is because I have bad experiences with a lot of them namely aula and leobog, both brands have consistently had subpar quality when it comes to the board it self, as well as materials used, while attack shark is a little bit better, I would generally still recommend other options as its better to buy one time a good quality product than waste money buying multiple low quality products
