Discussion How rare is c/wellsdia?

I want to get my hand on new Halphinale so I pop +100% RDR and went in new LTQ, after 2 hrs I only get 1 wellsdia to drop. Is it really this rare or do I have to do something in the quest to get it to drop?

It's just really that rare, a few hours over the past week with boosters and I'm the proud owner of 8 wellsdia

Man, this is terrible, and we need 50 of them for 1 capsule 😭 this will take longer than grinding Sols Krypt for Peta Triyal.

Playing during the limited RDR boosts is key to getting them. During pso2 day + concert + 100% N-rdr + 50% EX-rdr + rappy fritters I got 13 in an hour of beach wars.

Hmm... I can get all of them except concert and PSO2 day boost, I'll give it a shot and see how many wellsdia I get.

Good luck! Unfortunately pso2 day is a significant boost, but fortunately we'll get it again early next week.

I haven't seen this low drop rate since back when we still farm for Dread Keeper V. XD

The drop rate in casual content is always balanced around the whole server doing it so its low compared to UQs and 4 man high difficulty quests. For Beach and Ruins specifically, the drop rate is still much better than anything else if you have a high DPS group that can kill stuff fast.

For Wellsdia specifically, its still slower than farming a 4 man high difficulty quest with a good group, but it takes no effort to do so and you get a lot of other loot.

It seems to be a rare drop from Trials being completed in the quest.

You missed PSO2 day RDR buffs which helped make it slightly less rare this past weekend.

I think when the quest first came out, 1/he seemed to be what some of my friends observed.

I only log on for dailies and yeah I got like 2 this past week. That automatically tells me not to give a shit about it until its more common.

It's rarity makes it great for selling on the Personal Shop. I'm not bothering with the new Halphinale until the Wellsdia are more common or the price craters, but so far selling the component has been very lucrative.
