What's the dumbest thing you lost point to on the ROIP
I was told a store lost points because the LED light was two different colors.

So because stock price dropped, sales are dropping, they are going to follow through with closing 650 stores in the south eastern region of the United States?
Okay, good for corporate keeping their paychecks. But what about the employees in these stores? What is corporate going to do for them?
I will tell you what they are going to do. They are going to just tell the RMs who will then tell the GMs who will have to tell their employees that in 3 weeks you are out of a job and may have the chance to be relocated to a different store but there are no promises of hours. So for those who are GMs, SMs, SLs, In Store, and Drivers this means they are having to panic apply to other jobs because their stable income is now null and void.
Bravo Papa John's. Such an Intelligent move. Just to keep Corporate Paychecks...

Bulk ranch was delivered on the last truck from QCC GA.
Expired on 8/23 (prior to delivery). Made claim to qcc. Here is the response from them. The company that makes it extended the expiration date so they have to throw it away. Expiration dates mean nothing to them it’s all permission to use it after the expiration date.
The case was closed as not valid with the following reason: Ventura Foods provided a 60 day Shelf life extension, claim has been denied.

we just had our announced roip about a month ago . They claim we are gonna have another one 2 months later but im thinking there is no way they are gonna be able to cover that much ground. Does anyone have any knowledge if they are gonna actually follow through and do it every 2 months or are they bluffing?

Has anyone else's papa John's switched the peppers ? My delivery guy tonight told me they switched from peppers out of Canada to peppers from Egypt. The new ones are just straight battery acid and not real flavor and I wish I had known before I ordered a handful of them.

Do you guys know where the ROIP Form and ROIP Guide (aka the thick packet) is. I heard there is a new ROIP Form and ROIP Guide for this year 2026. I am asking because we have an announced ROIP coming up and I have been searching everywhere for the them, but can’t seem to find it.

Went to my local papa had to walk a little far not to bad. I was expecting something delicious with presents of omg I’m going to devour you but that sure was not the case. I ate it all cause a dude has to eat. I had half and saved the rest for the next day, usually I put a slice at a time in the air fryer and it comes out better the second time around. I believe I asked them to prepare it well don’t a little burnt but it did not come out the way I asked for it. Disappointed but what can you expect for 18 bucks?
Right it doesn’t even look suitable I’m just saying I still ate it all though

Once again I got hungry as soon as it was too late to get anything decent. Trying to save money so ordered pickup from the old reliable Papa John's a block away. Just got a thin crust cus that shit hits just right. Get there and the guy hands me it with a knowing smile. I leave and check and the thing is packed. I got a sausage expecting the usual light sprinkling of topping. Almost all surface area is covered with sausage. He also gave me extra cheese, really hooked it up. Each square is heavy as fuck.
Was so tempted to take it back in and make him make it again. Sorry dude, I'm not 19 anymore, wish you'd been around when I was. I just wanted some nice, well done (which it wasn't) crispy slices, not this slop. Thanks for the free garbage.

I'm in need for a job, and I live in a small (but growing) town and there isn't much opportunities for jobs without a degree. I mean, I'm only 19. My family are telling me it's dumb and that I should REFUSE doing delivery cause I can "mess up my car." But I drive 96 minutes a day (45 there, 51 back - not including traffic) to my job outside of town on a 2 lane highway.
I just got an interview today and I start on Tuesday. This place is like 6 minutes from my house.
I know I should have my own opinion on things, but they just make me overthink. But they also didn't want me to stay at my job that's almost an hour away WITHOUT traffic. The job where I can have a heatstroke cause it's a warehouse.

Y’all better check your your peppers if you’re from the Georgia Qcc all of ours and some of our other stores are out of date August 30 and we’re produced in May 2025 . They are also rotten in the bags we got them this month ..
Not to mention all the mushrooms we received on Tuesday are already rotten and smell horrid !! where is the quality control when they are on our ass about the stuff in stores? What about the stuff in the Qcc?

Lou is such a stupid thing to add to a fucking pizza ordering app. Using your thumb on your pocket rectangle is just too hard today I guess? Really just came here to rant, peace

*I already called and gave them my gate code regardless, I’m just curious*
Back in my hometown, my bf worked delivery and said the drivers get a list of gate codes to most complexes in the area. I now live in my own apartment in a city 6 hours away and I wonder if that’s still true. My apartment is half a mile away (I’m drunk wont drive) and in an academic district so I assume its a relatively frequent complex to deliver to. And what about layouts of the buildings? Mine doesnt have the buildings labeled for some stupid reason and I always feel bad for drivers bc its hard to find.

So maybe a little bit of context here… I bought Papa Johns stock earlier this year and after the Q2 disaster, I am trying to figure out just how disconnected management really is from what is happening in stores.
I know it is a bit weird for a shareholder to show up asking employees for insights and you do not owe me anything obviously.
I have been reading this sub for a while and it is pretty clear you all see the reality of the business more clearly than HQ
On the Q1 investor call in May, the CEO said the full-year outlook was “prudent and realistic” and the CFO said the data supported it.
But the 3 months later on August 6 they missed badly: North America sales down -8%, guidance cut, and they axed the dividend.
The company’s market value dropped from roughly $1.1 billion to under $800 million in just two weeks.
The CFO also left for another job weeks before all this was announced which raised some eyebrows...
There has also been press reporting about a rejected take-private offer though the company has not gone into detail on that
Not gonna lie - I am frustrated or actually more puzzled. But reading through this sub I am noticing the frustration goes way deeper than the stock.
Complaints about pay, DoorDash making delivery a nightmare, ingredient quality slipping etc. and a lot of you seem to think a PE buyout would make it worse, not better which honestly makes sense.
PE typically means more cost cuts, more wage pressure, more corner-cutting. That would just be management doing to you what they are already doing, but harder.
So I am curious what you all actually think…
Does management have any real idea what is happening at store level, or are they operating from a completely different reality?
Is the real problem their strategy, or that they have been squeezing labor and ingredients for years?
Are the new products (Pan Pizza, sandwiches, Toy Story 5) actually good or just corporate hype covering for the fact that the core pizza has slipped?
What would you change if you had five minutes with the CEO?
Genuinely want to hear the unfiltered version from people who actually make and deliver the food

Which do you prefer 🤔
I'm a sucker for original crust lol.
I'll eat purely the crust of a stuffed crust if I'm not hungry for a whole slice though

am I able to get the recording of a call I had tonight if I call help desk? I was told the calls are recorded (felt like a lie) but just wondering if its true. I had an insane customer that I had to deal with and id love to hear that back.

I am just now seeing this, has this always been here?
Honestly it would be cool if the IT team sent out newsletters whenever they add a new feature. M

The bacon and pepperoni are super different lately. The bacon keeps going back and forth between small crumbles (which as far as I know is normal) and large chunks, and the pepperoni has been super stringy and just falls apart in my hands. Is there changes being made to the ingredients? Or could it be we just keep getting bad batches? Bacon is currently normal, and same with the pepperoni so I don't have pics.

I love the garlic sauce.
I would describe it as buttery, and garlicy, almost a cheese flavor undertone. 😋 i love it. Wont eat the pizza without it. I saw this was for sale and finally tried it.
This stuff is oily, "wet" and has a very plasticy flavor with a very artificial burnt garlic flavor. I literally took 2 bites with the sauce. I dont think i can use this on anything else, it genuinely tastes like a mechanical oil byproduct. I immediately ate some plain pizza afterwards to try and get the flavor out of my mouth.
Looks like lil cups are still the best.
