I’d say stroke. While C is bad, seconds matter in a stroke.

But can they lift their arm on a good day? If the hemiparalysis is new: emergency. If it is just tuesday they are last priority

Hmmmm good point. I read affected side and assumed it was a new symptom.

I answered 2 just because I think severe abdominal cramping is an expected sign of ulcerative colitis.

2 because I was thinking bacteremia/sepsis. The others seem to be s/s they'd likely experience from their condition

The likely sepsis seems like a priority here. Some of these are traps though, if the deficit is new on PT 4 that would be the priority but it doesn't say the deficit is new.
