Using the annual survey as raise leverage

Hi all. I’m curious if anyone has had any success at their jobs in using the annual survey to help them fight for a raise. I knew when I took my job that I was on the lower end, but after seeing the survey today I am sitting at the lowest 0.9% of all PA salaries. I have over a year experience so no longer a new grad. Is it worth bringing the survey to management or do I start job hunting?

Yes, my PA team had success by sending the survey results to HR and requesting a market analysis. We received an adjustment afterwards. My personal salary increased over $15k.

This makes me happy to read! I actually like where I work aside from the apparent wage disparity. So I want to try other options before leaving

Same, I really enjoy my job. But I would not have stayed for what I was making. It's definitely worth trying!
