You might just have a very low "Just Noticeable Difference". https://www.keithcirkel.co.uk/whats-my-jnd/ (If you plan on doing the test, I recommend turning your screen brightness all the way up).

Turns out that, yes, I do score well on this.

Most of the design team at work did it, the average was 0.0027. I had scored a 0.0011, beating out all but one other person (she also scored 0.0011). The test insinuated I was somehow cheating lol.
