Also Hawkeye and Black Widow. Hell half the OG avengers didn't have any powers and were just very skilled or intelligent humans with fancy tech gear.

I wouldn't be sure. No idea about Hawkeye, but I feel like, depending on how far along her arc it happened, Black Widow would be self aware enough to realise that might actually be a mistake, and that her "red ledger" would indicate that she doesn't have the right moral compass for it like Steve did.

I don't think so (at least not in the MCU). She was extensively trained and underwent a bunch of surgery, but iirc the 'Red Guardian' is the only one who actually received the Russian version of the serum. She was probably on a bunch of normal drugs though, like steroids or other PEDs.

Agent Carter had a storyline about the lesser serum the Widows were given, but it's debatable if that's cannon.

Red room gave a form of super serum that enhances agility and senses (at least in the comics) it would be a free and easy retcon to mention oh yeah we got stabbed as part of the process of removing our junks
