It was a decent enough fight imo, but it just didn't make any sense. Sam's Cap doesn't have the super syrum, so he's literally just a dude with the Cap shield and his fancy wings. He shouldn't have stood a chance against a Hulk for more than a couple of seconds at best. The only other characters we've seen take on a Hulk in combat were the ones way more powerful than even Steve Rodgers, let alone Sam Wilson, like Thor, Iron-Man in his specific 'Hulk Buster' suit, Thanos, and even Spider-Man.
shouldn't sam's current suit be stronger than the initial hulk buster, with the vibranium and all? i didn't find it unbelievable, they even showed that red hulk is still out of his league and he can't fight on equal footing
It was kinda silly when he caught the flag pole from the Hulk, his sleeves were rolled up and he had fingerless gloves the whole time, so that whole area was exposed, not protected by the vibranium. Yet he just tanks a swing from a Hulk like that.
Seems like such a basic detail thing to get right but somehow they never did... like he should've gotten his arms ripped off! Reminds me of that awful last season of The Boys where MM holds the BDSM metal ball thing in Oh Father's mouth as he attacks and somehow MMs arms weren't destroyed either.
