Am I the onlyone finds it hilarious that News shows picture of captain with mask? I mean he is registered US soldier they definitely have the picture of his bare face.

The issue I have is his "disguise" is doing more to make him look like Captain America. The picture of him is wearing a cowl that covers his hair and eyes and so he covers his hair and eyes?
