It means price can't go up anymore because ppl can't afford, businesses need to slack ppl off to stay afloat, which make ppl poorer and even less capable of buying stuff.
That just makes it cheaper to use the money as fuel and wallpaper instead of buying either of those, usually you buy things based on weight of the cash instead of counting it manually.
