Nah. If a farmer has favorable weather one year and grows more crops now the supply has increased which lowers the price.
The farmer has to hire more workers to harvest the increase in crops the trucking company has to send an extra truck to pick up the extra harvest and the grocery store has to hire and extra stock boy. All this and lower prices.
Economist actually agree that supply side deflation is a good thing.
