Wool Rug

My wool rug has old vomit and urine stains on it...is it worth trying to clean myself, if so how? If not, is there a different type of rug I should get that will still look nice that cleans better?

Wool is a wonderful material, resilient and sustainable. Can you send it off for professional cleaning?

I have a wool rug that's seen some things and a pro cleaning brought it back from the dead, totally worth the cost

I bought it for $340 and to have it cleaned I was quoted $265 and it's looped so some of those have gotten wrecked from my dog--not sure it's worth paying that.

Hmm maybe you should buy more and replace those with stains?
