Bug Anyone else having ghosts phase right through your hiding spot? Annoying asf, happened twice yesterday.

There is a bug that hiding spots that are supposed to be closed/unavailable will appear open and thus not work. I know for sure it's been an issue with Tanglewood closets.

That's a different bug. I think OP is talking about the bug where there is navmesh inside some hiding spots, so ghosts can enter them without having detected any players. While I think that that is normal for some hiding spots involving furniture or toilet stalls, ghosts shouldn't enter closets and lockers.

Not only that, but both times it entered into the spots without even opening the doors

Once in the stalls and another in the tangle wood living room/hallway closet

That will happen if you have anything electrical turned on on your person. They can sense it and can find you hiding space.

All I had on my person was a lighter and a burnt smudge

Were you talking? Because they can also hear your voice unless you have your microphone muted.

Also, it can hear your walkie talkie if you were playing with teammates and they were talking through the hunt.

No I wasn’t I always mute my mic when a hunt starts, I’ve been playing since 2021 im certain it was a bug. It seems like every single game I experience something off, that’s if my game doesn’t crash.

No. Other people talking to you through the walkie talkie will not attract the ghost to your location.

Huh, I thought it was. I guess the bug was getting me instead.
