Bug Server and Client Timeout
This started two days ago, everytime we try to play with our friends this happens. They did a fresh install and after like 30-40min constant fight with this, sometimes we can start a game, just to disconnect when we are 10-15min in the game.
Anybody any solution? Should we do another reinstall and verify game files for the fifth time?

This kept happening to me with cross play on especially, but it got a lot better when we realized the update changed us to the EU servers and we changed back to the NA servers

Doesn't mean that your game was having stable internet. Just restart your router and modem. Verify files, etc etc. It's a problem with your setup.
On rare occasions it's a server side issue, swap regions for a day and the server is usually fine 24hrs later.

Yeah as i said in the post, already done with file verify and reinstall. Maybe it’s just me, but i can’t understand how can this happen at 4 of us with a few second delay between each, and every other program we run (and require internet) doesn’t get wacked. Like how can my discord screen sharing and voice channel not even stumble for a second, but the game keeps doing this for almost 30-40 mins straight. Making lobby, everybody joins, packing in stuff for the contract - boom client timeout. Doing all that again, loading into map, stepping into house - again just now its a server timeout. Rinse and repeat quiet a few times.
I understand if its our modem, but why only with this game? Also, i’m not here to take shit on the game or the devs, just looking for a solution, since it happens with all of us (eu server) and two of our friends just bought it and couldn’t even play enough to show them how to find a ghost room.

Was it just the game or did you lose internet connectivity altogether?
I had this last night but it resulted (in/from?) my computer deciding it had no more Ethernet connection. I had to restart the computer to recover. I’ve never had this happen before, but so far haven’t had it happen again either. The cable tests fine and no one else connected to the same switch had any issues. It was weird. I’m hoping it’s a one-off glitch of some sort.
