Incoming university student with ZERO physics background looking for middle/high school baseline resources!
Hi everyone I am an incoming university student who needs to build a physics foundation completely from scratch I have never studied a single physics course in middle school or high school My starting knowledge is at absolute ground zero (Self-study) I want to bridge this gap before my university courses begin so I don't lag behind I am looking for structured self-study resources textbooks YouTube playlists or modular roadmaps that cover basic middle and high school level physics If you were starting from absolute zero what specific learning path or resources would you recommend to build this foundation fast and effectively Thank you so much

What do you know? If you know math fairly well, physics is easy. If you don't know math, you'll almost certainly have to learn it before learning physics, sorry

L’anno scorso ero nella tua stessa situazione. Quello che mi ha aiutato è stato seguire il primo semestre interamente e prima dell’inizio guardare delle dispense dell’università e di ragazzi delle materie che non sapevo niente. Mi sono concentrato particolarmente sull’analisi matematica e l’algebra. In base a dove andrai a studiare la fisica è tutta matematica però troverai dei professori che vorranno capire più cosa succede nella realtà che i calcoli. Per questo ti consiglio di vedere il programma del tuo corso magari riferito all’anno prima così da avere un idea di cosa guardare online. Un altro è ultimo consiglio è quello di guardare i video “tutta la… in 10 min” in base alla materia. Non sono molto approfonditi ma possono darti un idea generale.
