Hi all, I'm a long time fan of the Pinup Girl Clothing brand (pre MP leaving and the brand going down the toilet). I'm wondering what are the all-time standout pieces that stuck in your mind, the dresses (or skirts, tops, etc) that you consider representative of the brand?

Personally I think the Malibu Tiki and Tropical Temptress lines were drop dead gorgeous - and I loved the Jenny dresses.

Who are your favourite Pinup/Vintage style influencers you follow on Instagram? Some of the bigger ones are not my cup of tea personality-wise. Wondering if there are some other ones out there.

I placed an order Melikestea MTO petticoat drop. I got it in a 30cm because I thought that’s what my poof monster one was, however that one is 45cm. I mainly wear sweet lolita and most of my dresses are tabo but I want to get more brand ones in the future. I got the updated that manufacturing has begun ,I’m I totally cooked with the 30cm or would it be okay ?

I was intrigued by the brand but for it being polyester and made it china and not being claimed to have been at least made ethically in china, I can’t justify their prices, for myself personally.

Hi all! I am trying to put together a Marine Corps inspired pinup outfit as a surprise for someone special but I can’t find a midnight blue corset romper that looks anything like the photos. Does anyone have any leads? I am absolutely willing to modify the garment if I can find something close. Hi y'all! I've been looking at this brand called Double Trouble Apparel because they have cute pencil skirts and a goth/rockabilly vibe. They don't have model pics, just the floating clothes on a white background (which I hate). They have a lot of followers but I can't find any Reddit chatter about them and that's usually how I vet brands.

I dress pinup almost daily, but I get such a wrench in my gears come fall/winter.

It’s below freezing where I live for about half the year. So, I can’t really rock a heel above 3”, peep toes, etc unless it’s a quick dash to and from the car.

I feel like so many of the boots on the market clash with how I dress. Is there a solution anyone here has found?

I dress in pin up fashion but feel like my hair never looks right. I have long, thick and super straight hair that will not hold a curl no matter how hard I try (and I've tried every method over the last 10 years lol).

My hair is also super heavy so I struggle to do up dos. :/ any advice for me to make it look more vintage?

I have several items from Vixen. I was bummed to hear she was closing Vixen. BUT this is all coming off shady to me. Like a giant cash grab. Give the customer anxiety… increase sales.
