Hello. I’m looking for a private landlord in the north or south hills. I hate large management companies.

Have been looking for a weekly or biweekly cleaner for our house for a long time…we’re in Ross Township, would love an initial deep clean and then maintenance after that!

My family live in the north hills. We are closer to Warrendale/wexford/Gibsonia regions. I have a 2 year old son and my husband and i both work full time.

As he gets older it’s been much harder for us to keep up with the day to day tasks around the home much less the to do list that has piled up since we moved into our home ~ a year ago. (Not proud to admit it but we still have moving boxes we haven’t even opened up)

I’ve searched on Facebook groups for help but i can’t find anyone less than 30-35$ per hour.

Is this really the going rate? Does anyone have any other options for where i can search?

I feel like im drowning in everything it takes to keep up as a wife, mother and home owner.

Ideally we find someone that can come in once a week or once every other week to help with recurring tasks like laundry, dishes, change of bed sheets, re stocking the fridge, light meal prepping.

Anyone have advice or leads?? I’d ideally like to pay 18-25 per hour
