We all know pretty much everyone has hacked their way to paid stuff in Pixel Gun but dude there's no way they're pumping out loads of weapon models, seasons (and keeping their servers running) when they barely have any revenue from their playerbase. And most of their modern stuff doesn't even look like AI. Even after their downfall, (still way before AI) they're still pumping out loads of content. Is this just for the love of the game or are they on the verge of bankruptcy? 😭

In this year i starting digging some events without further p2w event. So this month year was grinding 2024. 2025. 2026. While exactly the account has been officially rip 🥹

i used to play that game in like 2014 and just came back, saddly i couldn’t get my old acc back. I played, did some quests and got a chest and there it was, that sword. I never see anyone talking about it nor play using it. This sword is so OP, like after 4 kills its damage grows so much that i just one shot everyone at such speeds that noone can even react. My account is 4 days old btw.

I genuinely cannot believe how fucking ridiculous Cubic Games' handling of this situation has been.

I was playing the game normally when I suddenly noticed that my account had a massive amount of coins and weapons that I did not intentionally obtain. Instead of exploiting whatever happened, spending everything, and pretending nothing happened, I did the obvious thing: I contacted YOUR SUPPORT TEAM and reported it.

And what do I get for doing that? A PERMANENT BAN FOR MODDING.

Then I explain to support that I didn't intentionally mod or manipulate anything, and instead of actually addressing what happened, I get the same copy-and-paste response over and over again: "Everything that happens on the account is considered the owner's responsibility."

THAT DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION.

You're essentially saying, "We know something happened to your account, but we're going to punish you anyway because it's your account." That's not an investigation. That's just refusing to take responsibility for determining what actually happened.

The absolute fucking irony is that I REPORTED THE SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY MYSELF. If I were intentionally exploiting your game, why the hell would I voluntarily contact your support team and tell you that something was wrong with my account?

And apparently your response to someone reporting a potential issue is: ban them permanently and then refuse to explain what specifically happened.

If your system detected something, then tell me what actually triggered it. If your logs show currency and weapons appearing through some exploit, explain how that proves I personally used a mod rather than simply assuming that everything that happened to the account was intentional.

I'm not asking you to ignore your anti-cheat system. I'm asking you to actually investigate the situation instead of hiding behind "account owner responsibility" every time I question the ban. I IMMEDIATLY REPORTED IT AS SOON AS I LOGGED ON TO MY ACCOUNT.

I reported a problem with my account and somehow became the person being punished for it. Absolutely fucking absurd.

i think instead of changing all og guns to their og skins, the devs should just make a separate skin like how some of the old guns has their og skins for 1 currency

I also noticed that theres a “link to google” option, should i link my android phone first then press the option on the apple phone to transfer my account or thats not how it works?
