Do you think there's a possibility of scheduled posts on the Pixiv page in the future?

Pixiv allows you to schedule but you do have to pay to use that feature.

And what is the difference between ugoira and illustration, i cant schedule on ugoira posts

Ugoira I'm pretty sure means video or videos, and illustrations is of course images.
