Braised Oxtails

Not the best. I used the only plates that I had available. Should of used a shallow pasta plate for this.

Looks delicious but did you even attempt to plate at all? This is just everything put on a plate without thought.

Was gonna say the same thing. I don’t even know where to begin in terms of feedback because it looks like OP simply put food on the plate with absolutely zero intention. They didn’t even bother to clean the lens before taking the photo; are we trolling?

Center polenta, add bed of spinach in middle, place oxtail, sauce with mushrooms added. Boom

In a plating sub, show the whole plate in the pic, & don't use portrait mode, the actual food isn't in focus.
