It's not a Strike or ban. You're just locked out for 24 hours

This is BSOD, not a strike. Don't have a picture of it but the strike is usually a black screen. 2nd strike means you can't log in for a month. A temporary suspension means one has hit their BSOD limit e.g. spun over 10k spots in 24 hr rolling limit.

you’ll always get caught using 3rd party injected garbage like whatever the hell it is you’re using, itools or playing legit are the only ways to not get banned

Idk people are downvoting you, iTools member for 6 years and never gotten a ban at all, it’s generally the only safe option than this side loading garbage and people will spend $20 on that trash and not a good device

Agree with you. The only safer way (does not guarantee immunity) is vanilla spoofing, like my PoekWalk software and a gps joystick

Normally it’s 7 days first ban second is a year and last is permanent

It doesn't seem like a ban, usually ban or suspension looks different than this. Maybe don't move like a bot everytime? but it doesn't look like suspension.

You went over the limit either catching pokemon , spinning pokestops or even batting grunts. At whatever time you received the screen , an example at 8Am , you won’t be able to play until the next 24hrs . So the next day at 8am you should be able to play again. Keep an eye out on what you do , i’ve gotten this screen 2 times because going over limit
