Lower back pain from standing — desperate for advice
25M, fairly active and gym 3x a week.
I’ve had lower back pain for years, mainly from standing/walking at work. I work in a factory and am on my feet for ~10 hours a day.
About 2 hours into a shift, my lower back becomes extremely tight and the pain gets unbearable. Sitting, walking or bending forward tends to help.
I’ve had an MRI and X-rays which came back clear. I have good shoes, custom orthotics and use anti-fatigue mats, but nothing has fixed it.
I’ve also been trying to work on my posture/core and wondering if anterior pelvic tilt could be contributing.
Has anyone had something similar, especially pain that gets worse from prolonged standing?
I’d really appreciate:
Exercises that actually helped
A gym routine that improved standing endurance
Your personal experience and what eventually worked for you
I’m honestly desperate to find something that works.

Need help with fixing an Anterior pelvic tilt
So, I (22F) am trying to lose weight, and suddenly realized that I have an Anterior pelvic tilt. However, my dad says that all I need to do is eat healthy and exercise, and my body will even out. I tried that, and saw no results regarding the pelvic tilt, and it’s kinda hurting how I see my body.
I’m sick of my back looking arched, and I can’t live like this anymore. It doesn’t help that I’m taking online classes in college and not walking around like I would if I lived on campus (not that I can, since this is a community college).
What can I do to fix it?! Is there anything I can use to aid in fixing it?! I need help, and I don’t know what to do!! 😭

Lower back pain
Age 41, male. Lower back pain. Seeing a chiropractor and a pt this week. What is this xray saying? The pain is exactly where that white arrow is pointing but my guy wasn't to clear about it
Question Is there any real way to get better posture and fully reverse the neck hump?
galleryI'm 22 and I'm in constant pain in my back, shoulders, neck, and head. I get numbness and tingling in random places. It all just sucks. But I'm also incredibly insecure about how my posture makes me look. The neck hump (and how my head goes forward and my shoulders are rounded) is so horrible, and I feel like I'm just waiting for my hair to grow out to cover it so I can feel confident again and be able to wear tank tops. I feel disgusting, and I hurt all the time. What can I do? A lot of internet stuff seems scammy or like BS trying to play on people's insecurity. And then some people will just say "stand/sit up straight," but I CAN'T. That's the problem. Even if I were able to force myself to, it doesn't fix my deformed spine :( Am I doomed to be like this forever?

Scapula winging + rounded shoulder
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice, routine suggestions, or video links to help correct my posture and muscle imbalances.
Here is what I am currently dealing with:
Scapula winging (especially noticeable on my left side)
Rounded shoulders
Mild scoliosis
Underdeveloped/weak left interscapular muscles (my left rhomboid and lower trap feel completely turned off and poorly built compared to the right side).
Because of the scoliosis and weak mid-back muscles, my left shoulder feels unstable, and it’s very hard for me to properly engage my back during workouts.
Has anyone successfully fixed a similar combination of issues? If you know of any specific YouTube channels, physical therapy exercises, or full routines that focus on this, please share them. I really want to build up my left upper back and fix this imbalance.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Question Neck/Spine Alignment
19M, took this photo recently to check gym progress. Looks like my neck/where my head sits is offset from my spine. Wondering how significant of a problem this is, and if I should go to a chiropractor or anything like that to get this checked put.

Why does my chest stick out? Genetic or postural issues?
galleryGuys, I’m male. Why does my chest stick out more than normal? Could it be genetic, like pectus carinatum, or is it more related to posture, such as apt, rib flare, etc.? I also had open-heart surgery when I was born.

Question What are the expected changes in physical appearance in women after fixing in anterior pelvic tilt?
I am aware of the most common ones being that the glutes appear smaller, the stomach is flatter from the side, the back is straight, and sometimes the person is slightly taller
But how about from the front view? How are the hips, legs, shoulders, etc, impacted visually?

Question Imbalance feeling mostly on the left side of the head?
I don't understand why am I feeling this imbalance on the left side head. It's like floating feel or just not straight posture. I also feel a bit of eye ache or strain. And confusion. I didn't fall anywhere. I didn't have any injury. It's just been happening for a week now.

Question what posture problem these symptoms point to?
for the body
my waist is asymmetrical, the left side is move ''snatched'' while the right side looks blocky
my right foot look more ''spread'' while standing
and my right leg is always closer to my center of gravity
and for the face
in photos my left ear seems flared while the right basically doesnt even appear
my left eye looks deeper set
the left corner of my mouth is droopier
my right nostril is higher
i dont really have any bad teeth crowding but my left central incisor sits slightly over the right one
i also did adam's forward bending test and my back looked fine so i guess structural scoliosis is a bit less likely
does this seem like left or right pelvic tilt or just a bunch of mixed symptoms and if so would simply fixing the lateral pelvic tilt improve my symmetry? thanks in advance for any answers i really appreciate them❤

Question Advice for fixing uneven shoulders please.
galleryHi Everyone,
As you can see in the photos my right shoulder is noticeably lower than the left, and as a result my shoulders appear uneven, my right shoulder rounds forward more than my right and I have also noticed that all my facial features on the left side appear drooped.
I’ve searched online and I’ve seen conflicting advice; some sources claiming it’s an issue with tight traps and chest whereas some sources suggest underlying issues with pelvic tilt or the ribcage.
I don’t know if this is an associated issue but I also frequently get neck pain and cracking. I’ve tried exercises such as chin tucks and doorway chest stretches, and I consistently train my upper back but nothing has seemed to improve my posture. Any advice for fixing my uneven shoulders or rounded shoulders would be much appreciated.

Question How to fix this hump / forward head posture? (Picture included)
Hey everyone,
I noticed this noticeable bump/rounding at the base of my neck / upper back (see photo).
I suspect it’s caused by forward head posture from desk work and staring at screens.
Has anyone successfully improved or corrected this? What specific exercises, stretches, or daily habits worked best for you?
Thanks in advance!
