Even if fixed, what reason would Europe for example have to shift the investments they moved out of America back into it? It's now already invested somewhere else. America would have to make that MORE attractive than it used to be to bring people back, a mere return to form is entirely insufficient.

You don't have decades. Everybody is forming new partnerships and alliances to bypass the US. It's over.
