There are CURRENTLY many people in the US prison system serving 15-20+ year sentences simply for possessing/using drugs, not dealing or any violent crimes.
This population is disproportionately black due to numerous systemic factors which most on the right refuse to acknowledge, and of course most of them still promote the ludicrous mandatory minimum sentences that help nobody in society other than the private prison industry.

I'm guessing most people don't associate American freedom with islamism. Being an Islamist is automatically anti american since America stands for freedom, Islam is anything but freedom. Being an American is deeper than just being born here or having a naturalization certificate. Itās about supporting the Constitution, standing up for the values the founding fathers tried the impartial. There are natural born US citizens that have done decidedly UN-American things, and the have been naturalized citizens ( and legal permanent residents) that have stood up for the values of freedom to defend the Constitution.

What's relevant, however, is that both Trump and his brood (minus Tiffany) are children of immigrants like El-Sayed. Unlike Melania, the brood has been and is politically active and some of them were presidential advisors last term. So why are they "real Americans" and he's supposedly not?
And for that matter, why was Obama not a "real American" either?
My views on Abdul El-Sayed comes from his own writings. Those were not written under duress, it's his views and I take his word that he believes them, even if it's politically inconvenient now.
