Americans wont do shit. They will keep posting online about "why is no one doing anything?" while not doing anything.

You need to understand that the situation in America is rigged atm. The person most people are angry with, the President, is the head of the executive branch. This means he has total control over all of the law enforcement agencies in the US, as well as the US military, which is comically overfunded.

If anyone seriously tries to attempt a coup or a revolution, more likely than not, 2 things will happen:

1 - Whoever attempts a violent resistance will absolutely be put in prison for life, if not given the death penalty, since we are effectively at war with Iran right now. (And acts of Treason during a time of war are punishable by death.)

2 - Any attempts towards violence in general will lead to unrest, which will then let the President or Republican supermajority further empower the administration to grow into even more of a dictatorship.

Right now, the only winning move is to wait until the midterms, pray that enough people realize the only way off the crazy train is to vote Democrat, and finally, we have to PRAY that once in power, the Democrats actually rein in the President and the Supreme Court.

You know what, you're right.

We're cowards and that's exacerbated by the fact that we're also dumb.

Despite having around a millionth of the guns we do in America, the South Koreans collectively hit the streets and refused to let Yoon Suk Yeol take complete power in 2024, and I mean politicians walking up to rifles and massive unrest in the face of armed military.

We culturally and perhaps biologically do not have the balls to do anything like it. We're a pampered society used to being and having the best. We just don't have the fortitude to do more than whine about our beliefs.

We are extremely uneducated and profoundly stupid.

The majority of white women voted for Trump, despite his clear disregard for women's rights and the fact that he almost singlehandedly engineered the overturn of Roe V Wade.

The majority of Latino men also voted for Trump, despite Trump's clear intent to create a deportation engine and blame Hispanics for the failures of American capitalism. Every single minority group voted for Trump in higher numbers than they did in 2020, despite his open, public disdain for anything other than the perpetual uplifting and support of whiteness and white culture.

He very clearly told us exactly what he was going to do and why. What did we do? What was the response from the left?

Protest third party votes because the Dems were not true blue pro Palestine. I didn't know this, but apparently the children being bombed in Gaza benefit from Americans NOT voting to oppose the party that is openly pro Zionist.

Now the Republicans are openly waging war on behalf the president directly responsible for ordering the absolute demolishing of Gaza. But if you ask a leftist, neglecting to directly oppose them with votes was the right thing to do and the world is now a better place because they essentially did nothing.

Regardless of whatever party does what, our 40 trillion dollar debt will sink us before AI does, so it's a pointless debate. I can only hope future generations realize how profoundly stupid we were and use us as a warning.

My career offers me the opportunity to relocate overseas. Thank fuck I don't have to go down with the failed empire.

Americans are so trained to respond with whataboutism.

Im not saying this to have a dick measuring contest of what country is better. Unlike americans im not raised to see criticism of my country as a personal attack.

Where im from does not change the fact that your president is a pedophile who was involved in a child sex trafficking ring and the american people did nothing.

Actually where you’re from does change things, given the reach of the Epstein files I’d be interested in knowing if your country had anyone in power named and whether or not you held them accountable

More Whataboutism. Just say you only care about childrape when it makes your beloved country look bad.

I'm like one month and maybe two pay checks away from homelessness. I have no savings, no affordable health care, can barely afford fuel to drive to work and can barely keep food on the table for me and my kid. With absolutely no social safety net. You want to blame ME for Donald Trump getting elected again? I haven't talked to my family in six years because they voted for him.

Once again, get fucked.

The problem is that people in America with a lot of guns are usually on the side of trump.
