Holy propaganda batman, you have a hole in your head if you think it's not still a disqualifer , they just took it off a list.

Nothing was "greenlit" it was just removed but it's still going to disqualify you.

You can still not do any of these things, and still not be hired. If they have a whole stack of potentials, and one has a beastiality charge, they'd just toss it.

I agree that greenlit is the wrong term, but you have to ask why they took it off the list.

Have to ask them, maybe it should just be obvious to everyone.

I thought it was because felony, but not every state treats it as a felony vs misdemeanor depending on circumstances.
