This sub does have repost rules. It's just a reasonable one that only limits it to recent reposts and top all time. This post doesn't violate that rule.

totally agree, spam reposts should be removed but anything older then a year is fair game since there probably a new batch of engineers who ain't never seen it before or just missed it last time

I feel like the original meme image didn't have speed. Speed looks to have been edited in the 7 year old post. No rounded corners and different font weight.
