I wrote my first website with some php. I was following the TinkerNut tutorial. Web 1.0 kinda shit.
I tried it, I hate it, I'll take my Django.

Blunt honest answer: HTML is the only one that is not a programming language, and the script tag does not count as that switches to Javascript instead

PHP is only the third worst choice here. Python is an absolute abomination and vanilla JavaScript is unusable in practice.
