Check the timing belt- it sounds broken

my honda sounded like this when i pulled a spark plug out to check for spark. a little different but same tune i guess. check for spark.

the sound in your video is the starter motor. the little whir (?) down sound is after you’re stocked trying to crank, the starter pulls back in and keeps spinning freely until it stops. idk if that’s what you’re asking though
