Prostatitis or fissure/ hemmroid?

I’m 30 and since I was 21 have been dealing with prostatitis.

It’s always come and gone, depending on stress, diet etc.

The one thing I’m starting to wonder if this more recently is internal hemmroid or fissure based on the fact that it feels like 1) something is stuck and needs to be pushed out 2) there is a sore that seems to heal and then come back ever so often, and very minimal bright blood on toilet paper when wiping at the anus that gets aggravated when frequently going to the washroom.

I have no issues urinating, I get some bouts of more frequent urination.

Any advice would be appreciated

I've personally found that prostatitis and fissures are very much linked - they both seem triggered by an aggressively tight pelvic floor. I saw multiple urologists, got multiple scans, and took multiple pills for my diagnosed "prostatitis" but ultimately intentional focus on stretching and relaxing my pelvic floor has made the biggest difference for me. And while everyone is different, and I certainly don't think I'm cured, I do believe for anyone that suffers from both - a broad/sweeping prostatitis diagnosis as well as anal fissures - is likely suffering for tightness of some sort.

That makes sense, I also do lots of squats / leg press so I’m sure that doesn’t help the overall linked issues.

When my training increases it seems so does my prostatitis issues / the burning caused by it.

It’s mega frustrating and irritating

Try r/pelvicfloor, I had prostatitis for a while, they gave me tamsulosin and it didn't fix it, turns out it was a pelvic floor dysfunction, your problem might be hemorrhoids caused by tightness on you pf, check the side bars in those subs.

It could be that all messes with pelvic floor and can get it tight

I’m in the same boat. 31 now, been dealing with this since I was 27. The first 2.5 years I was going to all these doctors and urologists trying to find what was wrong. This past year I kinda just stopped giving it attention and feel so much better. I also struggled with constipation which would rip a fissure I had almost everyday, definitely think this was making my pelvic floor clench and become tight and inflamed. Once I started taking miralax everyday (for like 2 months to get it under control) has felt much better. I also have some arthritis in my lower back from a compression fracture, I unfortunately stopped playing tennis but noticed when I stopped bending over so much my dick has felt so much better. Do I still have bad days and weeks? For sure, but managing stress, making sure you walk everyday, and eat right will definitely set you on the right track. There’s no 1 day cure. With time, everyone here will realize that you need to be patient and do the little things to help.
