Merch VIP bundle never arrived

So on April 18th I escorted a friend who passed away in January girlfriend to the concert he had already purchased tickets for. She was giving them away so I offered to escort her and she accepted. Concert was great and we had a great time.

While she did have access to his tickmaster account she didn't have access to his email and still doesn't. They were living together and she is still at same house but she never got the package with the poster and flask etc. We were in front and definitely the VIP package..but received absolutely nothing beyond the items at show..lanyard, early access to merch and front row outside the orchestra section of Fox Theater in Detroit.

Guess I'm asking what can I do to help her get her swag possibly..was there an email verification needed to receive it?

Yes. You need the email link which is expired

Yup, what this person said. Without someone filling in the form from the email link you most likely will never get the VIP merch.

I really appreciate that. I'm planning on getting his email address from her and maybe any website account he had she may have tomorrow.. She's been through some stuff and Joe was a absolute angel of a human that should have taken her instead..but is what it is. I figure worst case scenario I can find someone who got an extra set of stuff I'd be willing to purchase for her. Thank you.

So Puscifer came through. Sent an email explaining situation and they sent the link directly to email address and the swag is on its way.

I really appreciate the help in making this happen, it's going to mean a lot to her and me. Thank you

There were several posts back when the tour has happening of people with multiple bundles looking to sell them. If you look back you might be able to find some people with extras still.

It’s a long shot but you could try reaching out to their retail store in Cottonwood, AZ. The posters left over from their tours often end up for sale there and it’s possible they still have some VIP merch from the recent tour.
