I looked at the ranking and saw what you can see in the linked picture below. This also isn't the only page where this is happening, this is just an example - in general I can see a lot of players in the ranking who always have the same avatar and the same name (just a bunch of vertical bars). I don't want to start by throwing accusations around, but is that what I think it is? Or is the name a placeholder, because QC cannot process some obscure, regional font and it just so happens that many such people joined the upper ranks recently?

Probably a longshot, but is anyone aware of any footage of the map TP_01, the blockout from PTS in 2019, being played in CTF/Sacrifice? One of the only videos of that map on YouTube was made private at some point, and the only other video(s) i've been able to find recently are of TDM gameplay: https://youtu.be/oBV9dJpUQjE?si=U6T4nIC4njeE-OK1

I'm mostly curious if the item pickup layout on this map differed in those modes compared to TDM (like on Citadel), and how. If anyone has anything showing the full map please let me know.

I hate the fact it doesn't have a server browser, it is one of the reason i never really moved on from Quake Live, i like my games to feel like I'm part of a community and without a browser it just doesn't feel like that, i like playing on my favorite servers, why is this so out of the question for QC?

I just downloaded the game and played a few matches. However, I don't understand how to unlock the battle pass stuff? Do I need to claim the free battle pass? I'm level 3 and despite a couple of things have appeared on the levelup screen, all items are still locked. I've restarted the game a couple of times in case, but to no avail.

You can view the entirety of Quake or view a specific Quake game and find out the best time to hop on so you'll have a better chance at facing real players.

Heres August so far:

• 1,009 peak concurrent players (Aug 16), 504 on average
• 978 servers hosting real matches - meaning 2+ humans and an actual frag, not just an idle server
• 7,891,962 frags scored by real players, counted between polls
• 123,902 hours of Quake played
• Twitch: 54 streams live at peak, 1,803 viewers at peak, plus a leaderboard of the top streamers

Also on there: the busiest servers and most played maps, top gametypes/mods/countries, and a world map of where people are playing

Quake Champions has the least amount of data as the game doesn't have user hosted dedicated servers to record data from - but you can see average steam player counts and the most active streamers this month.
