"Black on White on Fire" is my guess.

I’ll check it out and see if you’re correct. I’ve never seen the show before.

The security guard that was showing me the video on his phone was the black dude Sam was tending to in this scene.

Edited to add: Sadly, the man gave a REALLY bad first impression and said some really terrible things. Here’s the full video of my meeting with him.

This is the image you should have used in your post.

I recognize the girl in the background. "Black on White on Fire." She was the white girlfriend of Sam's black host, and the injuries were from the riots. The episode starts off on a roof with the two of them together. Later on, a black woman refuses Sam's help unless his girlfriend leaves (because she's white). Very good episode as it helped to show how racial tension can affect people.

By the way, all of this is from memory. I don't know the episode number, but I believe it's from season 4.
