i generally avoid talking about games i dont normally play a lot, but i genuinely dont get why they went with this route instead of going with the most obvious most fitting route of giving them matching idol performance skins.... because you know they are supposed to be an idol group yet they dont have an actual idol group look

Because it was a meme in China to turn the AoD KFC collab bag into clothes, the dev team (being Chinese and the event doing well) obviously saw it and wanted to make skins out of it. Hence them being free by just playing the game. The skins are not great but the devs saw something funny and wanted to loop it into the community.
I hate the other skins since they sexualize the girls so much. These, however, are cute & something kids would actually wear when they’re just hanging out. They’re not outstanding with glitter & all the bells & whistles, but they are free so they don’t have to be. As much as I can’t stand a lot of the things the devs do in this game, this is amusing (coming from a meme) & at least age appropriate.
I’m gonna grab all 3 & switch my AoD daughters into them for a casual day here & there.
I feel like this sub just hates whatever zzz does atp😭😭😭 It just looks thousand miles better than their paid skins and they are cute and something someone would wear everyday and fits the game and season 1 designs so well??? Also they are matched but personalized at the same time with new assests and nothing recycled plus theres nothing sexualized about these skins unlike the old skins or base designs
I understand if they think the AoD is lolibait, but sexualising every outfit they have on is just weirder to me imo. Like why are you constantly equating them to lolibait or explicit material whenever you see them? It reminds me of the whole "exposed shoulders" dresscodes you see at school

I’m honestly more upset I lost my claret and Roxy skins to this. I wanted more urban goth and Ik for a fact claret and roxy skins would have ate down but alas we are probably never getting skins for them if they didn’t come in the patch they release in 🙄
I actually love these skins! It's super cute and fun, I'm glad it's free. I would prefer it if they gave skins to other characters though... They deserve more attention

Actually these are super cute. Age appropriate imo and Something I see kids wearing in the summer where I live. But they’re just….boring? Something I would expect in nte or a modern style game. Not Zenless. Ik Zenless is modern but these feel too casual modern lmao😭idk how to explain it because this is literally just Nicole’s outfit not cropped but they feel more boring. Anyway, just glad it’s not another fuckass short maid costume (ik, bar in hell💀)

Yeah its weird people are saying theyre overly sexualized here but like... these just look like normal clothes??? my best friend dresses almost exactly like this all the time. I know zzz does cater to creeps but even if they didnt that doesnt mean theyd dress young characters in hazmat suits so the creeps have nothing to goon to, sometimes regular clothes are just nice.

I feel like these skins are better than their original designs, at least when it comes to Sunna and Nangong. They look like regular girls I see on the street every day during summer.
