i know this topic has been discussed many times over, but i’m on my first watch of season 9 and this whole drugging accusation is egregious. we have always known that phaedra lies, but this season she takes it to another level. to spread this kind of rumor and continue to pretend to be a friend to kandi is insane. and porsha repeatedly insisting that it’s true with a smile on her face while she has no evidence is just as evil. i think that’s what strikes me the most about these two. not only do they lie, but they do so intentionally and will slander their castmates with a smile on their faces. i’ve known people like this irl and i recognize that look in their eyes. i honestly might stop watching cause this is difficult to stomach. i’m sure kandi’s not perfect but these two are really something else.

Specifically S7 E7

Everyone is at the club for Demitria’s video, including Apollo. He is trying to talk to Phaedra who looks sooo uncomfortable. Then, he starts holding her and her discomfort intensifies.

Meanwhile, Kandi is sitting right next to them saying, “awwwww he wants to make up”.

It’s not surprising to me that Kenya enjoys Phaedra’s discomfort, but I can’t get over Kandi being so blind to her friend’s feelings!

Please I am begging an OG fan to explain to me how you can defend Kenya over and over again. I keep reading on here that OG fans feel triggered or upset when new fans criticize Kenya. I am watching for the first time, on S15 rn. And I have tried to give this woman grace but she’s simply disrespectful. I can see that she’s deeply hurt too ofc, but let’s be honest all the women have really hard backstories and no one weaponizes theirs as much as Kenya. She’s rude and jealous and hits below the belt allllll the time. like why pls why do you have so many excuses for her behavior. she might be good tv but even if she’s just doing it for the sake of the show - do something else????? what’s the role? worst human around??

I am currently watching (and enjoying) RHOA from the beginning. I’ve ever seen it before but knew enough as the earlier seasons were a big part of the zeitgeist at the time.

But of all the franchises Kim has got to be the biggest miscast, she seems so holier than thou, she’s so boring, so prudent, so judgemental and so unfabulous.

And she looks a lot like my exes mum who I did not like so that only ads fuel to the fire.

I’m glad she was a one season wonder but she should’ve been a one episode wonder or at MOST a friend of.

just starting my first watch of season one of RHOA, so hoping some of you are willing to discuss the old seasons with me! but i have to say im so confused why kandi is with AJ… she seems to be so likable, talented, and successful to me, which is why it’s so confusing how she is with this guy. sorry but her mom is right—6 kids and 4 baby mamas? what kind of a person would even consider going out with a guy like that, lol. there is no situation that even slightly explains/excuses that. getting someone pregnant accidentally once is one thing, but that’s just crazy. also her explaining it away saying he was 19-20… that doesn’t make it any better girl lol, that’s like psychotic to do as a man. so disturbing to me. he seems like a total bum. and then she mentioned she’s only known him for 7-8 months, yet they’re engaged??? i’m so disappointed she doesn’t have higher standards. i know from this sub her mom ends up being awful, but i have to say she’s 100% right about this

Claudia Jordan is weird. On this MNL, she responded to the backlash she got over her comments about Porsha not showing sympathy to Shamea by saying people are just hating on her.

But she missed such an easy opportunity to say, “listen, I was wrong. Four years ago, I used to think like this, but my views have changed.” Maybe Porsha did show sympathy and we simply didn’t see it on camera. That would have been a much better response.

This creator explained why she thinks Claudia has such an issue with Porsha, and honestly, I see it. Claudia seems like she struggles to understand why Porsha is successful, especially when she seems to think she’s better than her because she’s lighter-skinned

I honestly think Claudia resents Porsha because Porsha has achieved a lot of the things Claudia wanted for herself, and Claudia has tried and failed to get those things time and time again. Also she seems to enjoy trending alongside Porsha whether negative or positive.

I hope Bravo will not fall for these antics to give her another season because her storyline is going to be centered around Porsha.

I’m on my gazzilionith rewatch - I specifically do this era of this franchise when I don’t feel well. And I don’t know how I didn’t notice before. I absolutely adore Derek J but I don’t think I ever realized he was a small compared to some of these women and I’m dying laughing.
I’m super short so I feel like I can say it lol
And I know that in this scene specifically Cynthia and Nene are super tall but he is TEENY! 😆

season 10. She’s 50 years old. She’s freshly divorced and my goodness what an absolute stunner.. 💃🏾❤️This one is one of my favorites.

Miss this on Phaedra. She still looks good now. I just miss that realness from her. Phaedra stayed with her hair pressed and done. Or that lil curl look. Now its always a lace-front. I want to see Phaedra in more realistic looking wigs. And i wanna see her in more of the elegant looks she used to wear during the golden era.
