I recommend turning the watch into the lost-and-found in the Union. That way, if its owner isn't checking Reddit, they still might be reunited.

I would definitely bring this over to the Union. I recently lost my wallet on campus (simply fell out of my pocket). I reported it to Public Safety and the Union with my information, and when it was located, they reached out and united me with the wallet.
