Hi everyone I made a post last week on passing the National exam on my first attempt, I got an 81%

I took the Colorado exam today and passed with a 77%.

I wanted to share some insight on what I did to prepare myself for the exam and I think what was VERY helpful was scheduling the nation and state exam on different dates. I schedule the National exam 2 weeks after finishing my 168hr course and the state exam the following week.

For the Colroado exam specifically I was able to look into PSI on the main topics tested and was able to ask Grok to make me a study guide based on those topics. It was very vague so I did have to go into my textbook/notes/google to refresh on some ideas under those main topics which also helped bc of the material load there were some things that I had completely forgotten about. This study guide really helped me to focus on Colorado specific material rather than the overall real estate material. Since in my course work a lot of things were commingled with one another.

I then asked Grok to generate 20 question quizzes for each main topic with an answer key and finally a 79 question exam of everything together with an answer key as well. I will say that the quizzes and exam were a lot easier than the actual state exam it still helped me to identify the areas I still needed to work on and the areas I didn’t which lead to me focusing on the areas that I should probably study more.

I would 100% recommend this study method if 1. Don’t know where to start and 2. If you’re like me and get very anxious about testing. This way was very organized and concise. If you’re taking both exams I would definitely create two different study guides one for the national and one for the state and go from there!

What would you do? I took the course so long ago and then went through some personal hardships. I am coming out of the fog and signed myself up for the test thinking the content will come back to me. It’s not. I am staring at freehold and all these terms and my mind is truly blank. I guess I nearly forgot everything from the course. Help!!!

does every company require a final test before unlocking 135 hrs certificate course like aceable?

AceableAgent.com was great for passing the national portion of my exam.

It was about as bad as could be for prepping for the state portion of the exam. It was terrible.

I purchased the PrepAgent module as well.

When I first took the combined exam, I passed the nation portion no problem, but I didn't know any of the state-specific questions at all.

I wound up going through all the RCW and WAC codes, reading them all, before I was able to pass the WA portion of the broker exam.

Just an FYI to the users of the AceableAgent.com instruction. It's good on national, it sucks on state.

They don't have a way to leave feedback on their website either, as I was going to roast them on the lack of any knowledge of the state test.

Went through the online 77 hour course through REU, studied hard and was passing all exam practice quizzes with 90% or higher, failed the course exam both times. Felt like there were maybe 5-8 questions from the practice on the exam. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Hi, I’ve taken my California real estate exam 4 times now in the span of from April to July, I’ve failed each time but keep improving on the score.

I’ve always been the worst with studying and or flash cards but I need some more advice. I really want to pass, and I feel confident then I get to the exam get a different version with different questions and I start to get overwhelmed and like I didn’t study that section enough.

I made a new set of flash cards with main definitions from each category and trying my best to work on them, I’m more of a hands on then books type of learner.

So if anyone has any tips please I will take them, I don’t want to feel discouraged because I really want this !

I have a short attention span and I really desperately need to pass the exam it’s 80 national and 40 state so does anyone that took the Nevada real estate exam have any notes or anything they have? I am looking to take the broker's exam in CA. Currently, I am on a waiting period (54 days) because the electives that I bought and completed require me to wait 17.5 days between each course completion. After that, I will submit my broker application.

In the meantime, I want to start studying and would really appreciate some advice from people who have recently passed the exam.

Is there a particular prep course or question bank that you found especially helpful? I'm seeing a lot of options like Kaplan, C.E. Shop, CompuCram, PrepAgent, etc., and the reviews seem pretty mixed, so I'm not sure which direction to go.

I'm mainly looking for something that will give me a lot of realistic practice questions and prepare me for the way the actual DRE exam is worded.

If you recently passed the California broker exam, what did you use and what would you recommend?

Studying for the SC real estate exam (or just starting out here), one thing that helped me was staying on top of what's actually happening in the market new developments, plats, leases, zoning changes across counties beyond just where I live.

I grew up in Lexington and found it surprisingly hard to track this stuff county-to-county, so as part of a senior research project I put together a short daily email that rounds it up. It goes out on weekdays around 7-8AM EDT.

For the past couple of months when I get the question of the day vis prep agent, I keep getting a message that pops up when I click the link that says “connection not secure” so of course I click it anyway to get the answer and today it’s said Connection not safe- this site may be trying to steal your financial and personal information and won’t even let me see the answer anymore! Anyone else experiencing this?

The test felt easy and hard at the same time. I cramed studied for 2 weeks using the psi outline and half of it wasn’t even on the test! I would say that having a good grasp on the concepts did help me a lot. I did also get a lot of advertising questions, which I barely studied. Also a lot of the questions were worded in ways to trick you so read them very carefully.

I’m taking the test in 10 days, and I was wondering if anyone has any good tips or helpful advices. This will be the first time for me taking it. I took aceable course.

I passed the National and Texas Salesperson exam on my first try today! 🎉.

I wanted to share the study method I used for a month after finishing my 180-hour online courses with Champions School of Real Estate (this is what worked for me!):

I asked an AI to create an 80-question multiple-choice test for me. I had it score my test and explain exactly why my answers were right or wrong.

I would answer each question then copy and paste it into the AI to verify the correct option and understand the explanation.

I took the PearsonVue practice exam 3 times.

I bought the 70-question test from the TexPre RE app.

The National section wasn't too hard, but the Texas section was definitely tricky to interpret.

I never gave up until i get it right … a lot sacrifice and endless nights hitting the book, quizzes and you tube videos ..I am proud of myself ..

I just failed my aceable real estate course final exam with a 73 percent when I needed a 75 percent to pass. I only get 2 attempts to pass. Otherwise I need to redo the 90hrs course which would suck bad. So im curious about people who have taken it twice, Is the second time around the same questions as attempt number 1 or different? Or has there been anyone that has failed both attempts and had to retake the 90hrs over? Please any advice will help me. Thank you.

I'm in MA and deciding between schools and feel conflicted between too many good ones. I believe as long as I pass in the first or second try, it's all worth it. Asides from personal strategies for studying the material, any school recommendations and why?

I’ve taken the MA Salesperson Exam 4 times so far and taking it for the 5th time tomorrow.

Got a 52 out of 54 passing score on the National and a 27 out of 27 passing score on the State.

This test is genuinely so hard for me and taking my money😭

Everything I've seen it looked like for my state you had to complete just the state portion of your course to take just the state portion exam. I spent all day doing final cram studying/ review before signing up for my state exam.

I had all of the confidence in the world. Went to sign up for the state exam. Turns out in Washington you have to have BOTH the credits form your state and national course finals to sign up for either exam. Both credits are good for 2 years but still...
