help request Runtime Error (Yeah, that obe)
Hey folks,
in serious need of help because a paid project is stalling due to the following:
Reaper has increased issues withe Error:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program D:\Reaper\reaper.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Thing is; Its a VST (the SINE Player from Orchestral Tools) which ran perfectly so far and only recently i started getting this error increasingly - and now i literally cannot open the project(s).
I could of course bypass upon loading, but that doesnt solve the problem.
I also installed the Microsoft Visual Libs but it obviously didnt help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try opening Reaper without plugins. And open Reaper app, not .rpp project then. Reinstall the app, batch exclude plugins AND CHECK LICENSES. Basic ideas to start troubleshooting

It seems several other people have had this issue with SINE players specifically. A user reported opening the project in Recovery mode seems to have fixed their issue. I would also uninstall SINE players specifically and all instances of it. Make sure it’s uninstalled from program data, local and roaming app data if there, program files, etc., then reinstall it again and see if it will load up.
Going forward I would find a more stable replacement for SINE player. Hope this helps.
