Quality over quantity

I'm on sick leave until 9/22 when I return to my post. How many books ahould I read in the interim? Reading speed/comprehension: medium

1-3 books I’d say, but it would mostly depend on the type of books you like to read

It is absolutely up to you. And it will depend on what books you choose. Some quality prize-winning books, like Night Watchman, go by fast. Others, like The Overstory, can be slower. Some short books like Psalm for the Wild-Built can be read in a day or two. Or some books can be so good yet make your brain hurt that you have to put them down a lot. I’d personally aim for three, two mid-length and one short.
