[EU] CS2: Coach offering services.

Hey everyone,

My name is Yentl, I’m 30 years old, and I’ve been active in the Counter-Strike community since 2014–2015.

After years of playing competitively, I’m now looking to take the next step in my CS career and offer myself as a coach to a motivated and ambitious CS2 team.

🧠 My CS background

• 2014–2015: Started playing Counter-Strike competitively and became active within the community.
• 2018: Started playing in the ESEA ladder, reaching A+ before taking a break from competitive CS due to personal circumstances.
• 2020: Returned to competitive CS, primarily playing in team environments. During this period, I won several FACEIT tournaments. During this time we had a very solid core and coach, few of them are semi-pro now, unfortunatly the organisation was poor and we didn't feel like achieving things outside face-it tournaments, wich led to players leaving and at last the full core falling apart.
• 2022: Took another break from competitive CS due to personal circumstances.
• 2024–2025: Returned to competitive team play for two seasons of Open 10.
  • First season: Played as Entry Fragger, reaching the playoffs.
  • Second season: Joined another team as IGL and successfully achieved promotion to Entry Group.
  • Unfortunately, the team disbanded shortly afterwards due to internal disagreements.

🎮 Why coaching?

Throughout my time as a player, I’ve developed a strong interest in the strategic and tactical side of CS. Playing as an IGL especially gave me experience with team structure, communication, preparation, adapting during matches, and working with different types of players.

At this point, I want to put that experience into a coaching role and help a team develop, improve and compete at a higher level.

I’m looking for a team that is:

• Motivated and committed
• Willing to put in the work outside of officials
• Open to constructive criticism and improvement
• Looking to compete seriously in leagues and tournaments
• Interested in developing both individually and as a team

I’m not looking for a team where I simply sit behind the players and call a few things during matches. I want to be involved in preparation, demos, tactics, anti-stratting, team structure, communication, mentality and overall development.

I’m open to working with teams at different levels, as long as there is ambition, commitment and a willingness to improve.
