Vi söker sista spelaren till vårt lag! Vi har en IGL och en AWP på plats. Rollerna är ganska flexibla, men i grunden söker vi en rifler som vill spela med laget och utvecklas tillsammans med oss.

Om oss

• Ålder: Vi är ett gäng på 4 personer mellan 26 och 35 år (ålder spelar ingen roll för dig, så länge du är mogen).
• Nivå: Blandad erfarenhet från Faceit level 7 till 10. Endast jag (IGL) har tidigare lagerfarenhet men har inget krav på att du skall ha sen innan.
• Ambition: Vi har väldigt roligt ihop, men tar spelet på allvar. Vi kollar demos, går igenom setups och strats tillsammans och spelar koordinerat.
• Speltider: vi är oftast tillgängliga Måndag-fredag ca 17:00 - 23:00 (efter jobb/plugg) men är flexibla med tiden. Vi siktar på 3-4 dagar i veckan. Helger kör vi spontant om alla kan och vill.
• Mål: Både Faceit och Premier just nu - och eventuellt ESEA till nästa säsong om vi känner oss redo. möjligtvis Esplay cuper.

Vem söker vi?

• Ingen ego-spelare: Vi söker ingen vild "SoloQ-hjälte" som springer runt och kör eget race. Du måste vilja spela med laget och lita på din IGL.
• Inställning: Du är positiv, tålmodig, fri från gnäll och har viljan att bli bättre och lämna SoloQ-mentaliteten bakom dig.
• Öppen för att lära: Eftersom vi hjälps åt att utvecklas är detta ett perfekt tillfälle för dig som vill ta ett kliv framåt i din CS-resa.

I can play pretty much any role if needed. I have experience with entrying and I'm comfortable adapting to what the team needs, but my strongest and preferred roles are definitely Lurk/Anchor.

I've also been an IGL for many years, so even though I'm not looking to IGL anymore, I bring a strong understanding of calling, protocols, mid-round decision making and the overall structure of a team. I'm happy to contribute with this knowledge behind the scenes and help the IGL whenever needed.

What I bring

I'm a very team-oriented player with a lot of experience playing structured CS.

As a lurker, I enjoy creating pressure across the map, understanding timings, taking space independently and making plays that give the rest of the team opportunities. I'm also comfortable being patient and playing for information rather than constantly forcing action.

As an anchor, I'm comfortable being left alone, playing disadvantageous situations and making the most out of difficult rounds. I'm confident in late-round situations, clutches and adapting when the round doesn't go according to plan.

I'm also someone who enjoys the details of team CS — demos, utility, protocols, role preparation, understanding opponents and figuring out how to improve the team rather than just focusing on individual stats.

What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an established and serious team, not a completely new roster that is still trying to figure out roles, players and whether everyone is actually committed.

I've been through enough projects where the team spends months trying to "find their identity", and that's something I'd like to avoid at this point.

I want to join players who already know they want to compete, have the motivation to grind and are ready to build something long-term.

My ambitions are high. The goal is to reach Main/Advanced and continue pushing from there, not just play officials for the sake of it.

I'm available 4–5+ days per week and willing to put in work outside of scheduled practice through demo reviews, utility work, individual preparation and studying my role.

Im looking for team for faceit and where to improve as a player in skill and teamplay. Dream is playing in tournaments. What i bring to the team:

-faceit level 4 (i know its bad, i have lifetime around 30 matches)

-Premier rating 17k

I have been finding solo queue extremely boring and I just can’t anymore.

What im looking for

-teammates around the same skill. Premier 17k-20k, Faceit Lvl 5-7

-Players that want to have fun, but also play competitively, trying to improve, open to practicing/discussing strategies, while also not being weird or overly emotional (rage, immature etc)

-Someone who is down to play often and rank up with

I know I'm asking for “competitive/serious” teammates but when i say that i just mean someone who genuinely wants to improve at the game, because for me the games are fun when there's structured, skillful gameplay with your team. Rather than the usual flip a coin 50-50 playstyle where there's no teamplay at all. Its just kind of boring to me

I'm currently faceit lvl 6 and premier 18k. My goal is to be lvl 10 or 25k one day. Currently playing in Hawaii, So on faceit i average around 85 ping, unless im lucky to get san jose servers which gives me 49 ping. Or on premier I usually get around 50-60 ping. So anyone on the west coast would be more ideal.
