I have spent the last few days trying on and off and it seems completely impossible. I've wrecked the economy in a million ways, rerolled the conventions of both parties until both had their best candidates, and made every wing of the party hate each other on hard difficulty.

It seems like there are designated "Swing states" for each candidate from what I can gather that are influenced by a variable I have no idea of.

I'm confident it's impossible to lose 1868 due to Seymour and no Southern states being readmitted, alongside the fact you can't have the Whitehouse to mess things up until right before the election, and that's only if you impeach.

1872 too seems unwinnable as Greeley's death always occurs, and that dooms the ticket to failure no matter how horrific the economy, reconstruction, and party unity is. I also am pretty sure if the lib Republicans and Democratic ticket end up separate that neither can win even a state.

1876 is the most interesting. I know from another post that the election can end up disputed due to Tilden, though I haven't seen it personally. I'm not sure if Tilden can win outright though, or if any other candidate can win (Though I'm leaning on no).

I'd really prefer the Presidential election system to be more scaled to national popularity than candidate choice. It's not great right now.

I really love the mod, but the Presidential election system is wacky.

Hi guys! It's been a bit since the last sneak peaks for the mod, so i wanted to show you some more of the developement for the mod. In other news, we decided to change to february 1919 as start date for the mod, so that changes some stuff as well. I'd Also like to thank SPDsocialdemocracy on discord for help with CSS and a lot of the code and images and Vissionary on discord for images, and many other people who are also helping develop the mod. but ok enough about that here are sneak peaks!

Also, We're in the procces of changing paths and we need writers for events and those paths, if anyone wants to contribute, go to the red autumn discord server and to the DDP mod thread in threads. Genuinly i accept anything
